By creating a TribuMama account you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Who we are
TribuMama is a mobile app that connects mothers in the same neighborhood through small private groups called tribes. The service is operated from Spain and is available in Spanish and English.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use TribuMama. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately at hey@tribumama.app if you suspect any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use TribuMama to: harass, threaten, or harm other users; post false, misleading, or harmful content; impersonate another person; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Tribes and community
TribuMama facilitates introductions between mothers in the same neighborhood. We are not responsible for the conduct of tribe members or for communications that take place outside our platform (e.g. in WhatsApp or Telegram groups). We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these terms.
Content you share
By uploading a profile photo or entering any content in TribuMama, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to other users of the service. You retain ownership of your content. We will never use your content for advertising purposes.
Reporting and moderation
If you believe another user is violating these terms, please use the in-app report feature. We review all reports and may suspend or remove accounts that breach our community standards.
Limitation of liability
TribuMama is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of TribuMama after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
