At TribuMama we take your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do with it.
Data controller
The data controller is TribuMama, based in Spain. You can contact us at hey@tribumama.app for any privacy-related query.
What data we collect
Through the waitlist form we collect: name, email address, city, neighborhood or area (optional), baby's age (optional), and your answer to the open question (optional). We do not collect payment data or special category data.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to: (1) manage the waitlist and notify you when we launch in your city; (2) improve the product based on your responses. We will not use your email to send you third-party advertising or share it with other companies.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when submitting the waitlist form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hey@tribumama.app.
Data retention
We keep your data while the waitlist is active and until you ask us to delete it. If we do not launch the product, we will delete all data within 12 months of closing the project.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its deletion, object to processing, request restriction of processing, and obtain a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hey@tribumama.app. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used for the site to function.

If we make significant changes to this policy we will notify you by email. The current version will always be available on this page.
